Actually, the firts person is incorrect. Your pass is assigned a number. Contact Disney customer service. They aim to help people. If there is something they can do, they will. I lost both my son's and my pass while in the park, and they issued new ones to me on the spot.

i have had an AP for Disneyland for about 5 years now or perhaps as I dont stay close by I do attempt to flow as frequently as available. DL has not lost its magic for me through having an AP. I examine some Disney appropriate forums, search for advice from with the CM's and answer questions the following and seem ahead to all the recent stuff they have planned for the parks, this keeps me enthusiastic about DL. What I have got here across is I have a miles extra relaxing time when I do flow. in view that i am going to flow every time, were really plenty and understand i'd be back I dont sense rushed or dissapointed because I have neglected something. i have executed fairly a lot each little thing there a group of situations and that i continuously do my favorites even as i flow, yet when a line is lengthy i am going to pass something understanding i receives yet another danger. So my journeys are a lot extra comfortable. I also search for advice from with the CM's and that i have realized which rides have lines that flow quickly, brilliant situations to flow, brilliant days to flow, that type of element, so when I do flow I frequently plan my journeys for slower situations. If the parks are crowded I kknow which rides to hit early and which of them have quickly-paced lines or perhaps as its time to easily have a seat and take a ruin.

If they took your personal information when purchasing the card, they should have it on file that you do indeed have an annual pass and I'd imagine they can just send you a new one. I'm not sure if they'll charge for that or not? Just give them a call and try!

The only thing I can suggest is going to their website and looking for Customer Service. it might take a while to find it because most of their website is about their current Shows and online games.

Well first contact the place you got the pass from, hopefully they can cancel it and issue you another or at least give you a discount.
