I've seen this dyke lesbians that try to much to move like men, and don't want to look any feminine. It's stupid because even men do feminine moves sometimes. so why do they try to be so fake..

I'm not fake. But some "Dykes" do try too hard. To me being natural is what's most important. On the other hand some people are caught up trying to impress others. Everyone does it at some point or another in some fashion.

Some times it's about respect as well. Men and even other harder "Dykes" will try your chin if they see any weakness. So at times one may go above and beyond to be or appear more masculine.

Example: I'm a 6 ft, 240lbs female and can beat up most men my size but that doesn't account for anything. You can have a 5 ft, 100 lbs man who don't have an aggressive bone in his body and he'll get more respect from men and other women than I will. And the simple fact will be because he has a penis. Is "Penis Envy," an issue? Possibly for most "Dykes," but not for me. I know I'm a woman.

Maybe it's your own issues!

dyke doesn't equal butch, and being lesbian doesn't automatically mean you're a dyke or butch. we just love it when you people who obviously don't know many gay people just assume and stereotype all the time. I don't, nor does any lesbian I know try to "move like men." some might be more masculine than others, but I've also met straight women who are pretty masculine. same with gay guys and straight guys. gays/lesbians aren't trying to "be" the opposite sex. you may be confused with people who are transgendered. do some reading, meet some more people, learn a little something.
what's "stupid" is ignorance, stereotyping, intolerance and bigotry.

Several things. First off, the word "dyke" does not equal "butch". Secondly, I am so tired with the internalized homophobia, sexism, heterosexim, and genderism expressed by supposedly "feminine" lesbians. Why does the way a woman expresses her gender offend and frighten you? Certainly there are transgender men out there and their gender expression is obviously male, because that is what they are. Butch, or masculine appearing women, do not want to be men. Why is your gender expression threatened by theirs?

Grow up.

Get a life and leave the dykes alone. Haven't you ever heard "to each his or her own"? They're not bothering you.

I'm sure there are some that may feel more comfortable exaggerating their masculinity.. I don't think every butch woman does so though.... You might wanna involve yourself with more then ONE butch woman... seems you are going with the flow on the typical stereotypes

That's just the way they are. It's nasty isn't it when a woman is more macho than a man.
