without a doubt this was not lampard's world cup (or gerrar'd for that matter) but they are both good in their own respect. Gerrard is the team player, consistent, solid at the back, dangerous if let loose at the front and commanding in the middle. Lampard don't defend as much and has a more attacking role, he can create chances, make room up front and cut up a defence, and he is a better marksman than gerrard. gerrard id more consistent, lampard more lethal, all in all i'd go for lampard (even tho i h8 chelski)

gota b gerrard. During the world cup lampard had 25+ shots n didnt come close stevie g has less than ten oppertunities n scored us a couple ov much needed goals.
Lampard only manages his best wen hes in a blue shirt n gerrard plays 110% every game no matter where he plays, or who hes playin for.
