To be honest, I hate and want to curse those snub and diss me. So many ppl from my high school think I am not smart enough to go to the university I got acceptance to. And so many ppl behave so coldly toward me. i wanna "screw" what they think and say, but it is quite hard for me. What should I do to be benevolent enough to pardon those who snub and diss me?

realize the attacks towards you say much more about the people saying them than it says anything about you.

find faith in yourself, and dont sweat the small stuff

I think you need to focus on your current point in your life and move on, dear. High school can be exhilarating and painful . It's also a learning ground for finding out who you are. Unfortunately, it also pigeon holed us into a label. That's the wonderful thing about college. It truly opens up your world and you find that you have the freedom to reinvent yourself like never before. You've already have proved that you are smart enough to get into a good university. Now prove to yourself how great life can be for you without the baggage of those other people's negativity. If it's your group of HS friends, that's so negative, then perhaps you need to move away from that group. Such people are jealous of others and won't try to expand their own horizon. You are embarking on the journey of the lifetime. It's all about you now, dear. Bon voyage!

It is painful to not be accepted. Regardless of the reason or reasons. However, that is ego, or specifically a lack of clear understanding or who and what one is. That is, since most of us do not know who precisely we are, we measure who we are from how others react to us... and this is frought with problems.... isn't it?

You are a Soul at you core, and the energy of this Soul is Neutral Spiriutal energy, symbolized as [NSgy]. This is the only part of yourself that is permanent, and of an absolute nature. To this is attached a MIND, and it is your MIND that holds the misperceptions of what your Soul might be.... since the MIND cannot perceive the subtle energy of your Soul. These misperceptions are incorrect, but necessarily held so as to cause us to act in certain ways to life.... this is part of the purpose of life.

The point is, ask yourself the reason you give others so much power? Does another really have the power to hurt your feelings, or is this something you are doing within yourself? If honest, you must agree that it is yourself doing the hurting... and it is, deep within yourself, the dishonesty of this that makes you so angry.

So, try to remind yourself constantly that you are perfectlly OK, regardless how dense an action of yours might be... it's your action and you will live with it....and no one has the power to criticize it... except to the degree you give them that power... so stop giving your power away.

There is great strenght in being at peace alone....and great peace in loving the Soul within yourself... because it is an aspect of God, and that few know this.... does not diminish the reality. This life is yours to experience and no one else can do this for you...nor can they actually share this, only by illusory empathy can they. So, let go of the notion that life should be kind, easy, or even fair. It is what it is, and what does life have to do with your Soul, which is permanent, and an absolute with Truth and Love?

I'd do what the Bible says in
Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15.But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will you Father forgive your trespasses.

Trust me I've been there and done that,It's not worth holding on to,because life is truly to short to allow anyone access to that part of you imminent success.

Have a Blessed Life and read your Bible everyday....

An old Zen story may help...
A master and his student were walking in the mountains when they were sighted by a mountain Lion. The Lion stalked them for several hours but they managed to stay safe hiding behind rocks and in caves until they finally managed to escape the Lion.
When they were safe the Master said to the student.
"When the Lion was stalking us trying to kill and harm us, did he offend you?"
And the student replied "No Master, he did not offend me, he was just doing what it is his purpose in life to do, I just wanted to get out of his way!"
....And the Master replied....so now go out into the world and see the same with other people. Don't let them offend you...they are just at their own level of awareness, doing what feels right in them to do....just try to stay out of their way and realise that they don't know better. They are on their own life's journey and it has brought them to where they are in the present moment, and hopefully they will grow and improve their knowledge/self awareness in time.

I have paraphrased a lot in order to help portray what I feel the message is in the story.... I hope it helps...just try to picture the mountain Lion, and get out of its way.

Think of this in five years they will be a nobody and not be popular and you'll be the one that has his life together. High school idiots usually end up fat drunk and unemployed. Ignore them you know what u want in life they are just the stepping stones to making your way to the top. Goodluck in all your endeavors.

Remember that their main problem is jealousy. Intelligent people are generally more forgiving because they are more understanding.
Chuckles, of course, when you graduate, summa *** laude, and get that high-paying job, driving that new vette, living in the mansion, you can just kinda snicker as you drive by and they eat their hearts out.. LOLOL
