I am 37 weeks pregnant. I know what you are thinking... hemrroids.. but I don't have any. This was in the actuallly bowel intself. Is this a normal thing or should I be concerned

If you don't think it's from hemorrhoids you should call your Doctor and ask them. They will tell you.

Don't panic but call your doctor & discuss. THey'll probably want to check you since your that close to the end of your pregnancy. IT's most likely internal hemrroids & the baby is putting pressure on them. This can happen as it gets closer to time to have the baby. CONGRATS & GOOD LUCK

You can't be sure it was blood right off the bat. There are some foods that can change the color of feces [mostly beets] but you may want to call your doc to keep him up to date. Good luck!

Don't panic, just call your doctor. He'll examine you and can let you know! If it is red, it's probably hemmorroids, they can be inward as well as out! If it is dark, the doctor may do more test. Try not to worry. God Bless.

Well, when one is pregnant, they sometimes develop hemorrhoids...So yes it is common/normal.
