3 years ago I had my left ovary removed because of a dermoid cyst and 2 months ago they operated on my right ovary to remove another cyst and had to take out 2/3 of my ovary. I still have some tissue of this ovary remaining, and it seems to be working because I have had 2 periods ON TIME since surgery. What are the chances of conception?

only way to find out is to get your man to let go inside of you every chance he gets. If you would like to have kids at some point in your life, I would start trying now since you never know what may happen to you're ovaries in the future. you do have a chance since you are still menstruating. Probably quite good actually although you probably ovulate only every other month you can still get pregnant as long as you still have periods. Don't fret honey. The lord will give you a chance just keep the faith.

You have very good chances since you are still ovulating, just keep trying as much as you can, and good luck :)
