I was listening to my media player and it said crossfading on!What Does It MeaN!!!!!!

Crossfading is where, during playback, one track fades into the next instead of there being a short pause in-between tracks.

On your player it just means the songs are set to overlap.

This can be nice because it's like a radio (old school) so the music is seamless.

Your player should allow you to set the 'crossfade' time.

The term is used in lighting as well in rock and roll and legit theater!

you can adjust the cross fade so that when the song you are currently listening to will fade out towards the end and the next song will fade in.
