there are numerous drugs on the market which help glaucoma, ask your opthomologist

Note: marjuana yes, can help in some cases--but is completely unnecessary medicinally, as most of the drugs on the market currently are MUCH more effect than it for glaucoma treatment

Laser treatment for glaucoma
If topical and/or oral therapy is not controlling the intraocular pressure (IOP), or if the patient is not taking their medicine according to schedule, laser surgery treatment may be an effective alternative or adjunct. The laser is usually used in one of two ways. In open-angle glaucoma, the laser is used to enlarge the drain (argon laser trabeculoplasty) to help control eye pressure. In angle-closure glaucoma, the laser creates a hole in the iris (iridotomy) to improve the flow of aqueous fluid to the drain.

There is no cure yet, but if you use the drops they give u it helps alleviate the pressure of the eye...When I was in college I did a research project on marijuana and, it has been shown to also take the pressure of the eye..I don't condone use of marijuana, but I do believe it should be aloud to be used by those who need it..

no cure. just manage it w/eye drops. only ur doctor (optometrist) can prescribe those. there's many different kinds and u'll need follow-up appointments to see how they work for u and also to see if they r continuing to work for u.
