Define Will Power. For you, is it the power to resist temptation? Is it the ability to forgive a spurned love? Is it the power to improve you financial situation by budgeting and foregoing spending?

What you have to do is constantly keep your eye on the prize. Understand fully what it is you're gaining by exercising your will power, visualize the outcome of successfully utilizing your will power. Whenever you feel the urge to regress/slip, remember your goal and concentrate on that without doing anything else until the urge passes, or at least distract yourself with another activity or thought process.
