u can reduce wt by exercise and dieting and not eating oily foods u have to drink lot of water do more work

burning calories is better than deiting. but deiting should be like eat food at least 5 times a day but take it such that it just wash your hunger. eat more vegg. and pulses than rice or fried roti.most important is exersise.
