You may have weirded him out a little, but hey he paid you a nice compliment. He may have feelings for you or could just be telling something he feels you are. Are youtwo still friends? If so, that may be why he felt comfortable saying this to you. I hope this helps.

NO,I don't think he has feelings for you. He complimented you, and women are notorious for not taking compliments well. You should have thanked him, you didn't weird him out, but not saying thank you after a compliment is considered rude.
This is a man who knows you well, and though you broke up for whatever reasons, he can still respect you and think highly of you without wanting to get back together.

He gave you a compliment and you asked him if he did. Okay you should slap yourself on the side of the head and call yourself an A-- H---.
Next time, if there is a next time, don't be a sarcastic B---!
I think you should tell him your sorry for being rude.

no, just because he knows that you have good qualities doesnt mean he wants to go back with you...besides you just thank for any compliment...do not need to make sure that it was one....
