You'll be happier with just your "boys" shaved. Easier to keep them shaved too than a belly or chest. I trim my chest and belly a little, but shave my balls and shaft smooth.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

you will be sorry when that prickly hair starts growing back and you're itching so bad you tear yourself up scratching. You have to stay shaved all of the time if you don't want to itch and in order to do that you practically rub your skin raw with your razor because that is very sensitive skin down there. I bet you will be wishing you never would have done that in about 24 hours.
