I would think that it will depend entirely on the preferences of each partner and sexual compatability-- an "average" is always going to be "false economy." Some couples who are horney buggers have it one or more times a day, others have it a few times a week, and others who perhaps suffer from impotence may not have any sex at all!! So, when the statistics are analysed it averages out to 1 to 2 times per week!!! Lol

When both feel the need which, on average for young couples in
the 30/40 range would be 2 or 3 times a week. In the twenties
it would 3 times a week. It also depends if you are newly weds,
then it could be every day for a few months. Enjoy yourself and
it is always best when the urge is equal on the part of both.

well there is no real average or a normal couple for that matter. For my wife and I it is every chance we get. Some weeks it is every night, some weeks every couple of nights. Some weekends we'll stay up all night Friday or Saturday making love and being intimate. But again, that's just us. Each couple will be different.

What is average? Probably 2-3 times per week I guess, but my husband and I are not average. We like to "play" anytime, anywhere, and as many times as possible. Lucky me.

to much sex well hurt u in the long run .u see u always want to keep it so every time u have sex it just the best thing ever. i would have to say 2 to 3 times a week.but that's me it's all on how much time u can be able to have the time

i think it will depend on the age of the couple and circumstances surrounding their relationship. but if we define normal in the same way --- i would say 2-3 times a week

I think it all depends on the couple and what your personal preferences are. There is no set of rules for that. As long as you're willing, I say party on.
