I only ask because my neighbor (who happens to be visually challenged) has been loosing quite a few rounds at me and my employees. So far he has missed all of us, but has done extensive damage to my collection of Pink Flamingos, a gazing ball, and my hamster (now THAT was a lucky shot for him). Calling the civil authorities (police) is not an option. What about ATF? Will they enforce the gun laws relating to him?

Being that calling the authorities is not an option, I suggest a ruse. Have one of your employees (so you will not be injured) distract your neighbor by scampering about the back yard whilst yelling "over here, over here). this will allow you the opportunity to enter his abode and subsitute his live rounds for blanks.

From MSNBC:
"Five years ago, Carey McWilliams became the first completely blind person ever to obtain a concealed weapons permit in this country. McWilliams passed the required written and shooting tests in his home state of North Dakota. "

Probably....some have even been issued a driver's license where I live. Have you considered bulletproof glass? It's amazing how the odd lucky shot will find its target.

Are you serious?! That is scary....I didn't think any one would be allowed to shoot a gun anywhere except where permitted... Why can't you call the police? Boy, in our town the sheriff's would shoot him.....
