Know of lady who talks to her insecure male supervisor. She is open about things though she remains private and reserved. She has over 30 years command in the department compared to him.

Of course! The selfish people feel in control around insecure people who don't know how to stand up for themselves. Selfish people are the ones who USE insecure people. You know how some people whine and ask why they always get walked all over? It's because they've been used because they're too weak to stand up for themselves.

People who are insecure whether they are male or female can usually be manipulated and swayed to do things they really don't want to do. I think the people who take advantage of them are more insecure and have to make themselves feel better by stepping all over someones pride and dignity.

I have no idea.... what insecurity has to do with either talking to that person or being threatened by that person.
I find insecurity "un-attractive" in either gender... however... like being "ugly"... it doesn't change the other two parameters.
I'm sorry if I'm MISSING something here... but I personally draw no parallel between "conversation / being threatened by" and INSECURITY.

The are many reasons 1 they could be attracted to the insecure people. Another reason can be the feeling of comforting them of trouble and eager to help.

Why not? Insecure men are people too...its not really any reason not to talk to someone cuz of it. And i think dealin with insecurity is hard enough as it is...so, i think ppl should give em a break.

people feel in control with someone who is insecure they feel comfortable with them and they feel they can trust them especially women ..men are more out to not talk to them because they see them as freaks or something i don't know I'm not a man!..but i do know that a woman feels secure around them!

via fact people who've low self-nicely worth charm to different people who've low self-nicely worth. incredibly for women folk human beings a guy can p.c.. up on the actuality which you're susceptible or have low self-worth and men prey on women human beings like that. i know greater then my share of guys and females human beings like this.

Because women are insecure themselves. That's why so many expect men to be perfectly secure (or at least fake it). They're putting an unfair burden on us.
