A cyborg is a creature that has enhanced their abilities with artificial devices. It is a science fiction term, and there are no real cyborgs.
Some examples of cyborgs would include the Terminator portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Seven of Nine in Star Trek Voyager. The former was a robot that had living flesh growing on it to appear more human. The latter was a human who had been abducted by a race of cyborgs as a child and had been enhanced by having various mechanical, robotic and electronic devices implanted into her body.

It's a human looking robot - a machine that acts and looks human (including skin, face, etc.)
Not real. It's a creation of science-fiction.
[edit]
It's short for Cybernetic organism - computer & living matter combined.
[edit]
Posthetics is not technically "cybernetic", they are better classified as "bionics"
