Hate to jump on the bandwagon here, but it would have to be Spawn.
Ghost Rider is cool, but his powers are just not as wide-ranging as Spawn's. He can ride around on a flaming bike, shoot flames, and he has that chain thingy.
Spawn is basically invulnerable, so what could Ghost Rider do to him? Also, Spawn has crazy supernatural powers. He can basically do whatever he wants.
Sorry, GR doesn't stand a chance.

I would have to go with Ghost Rider....because Spawn came out when i was out of the comic book game..
