if you are using IE to access your email holding CTRL down is one way of temporarily disabling pop up blockers. you can also turn off pop up blocker through the Tools menu:
Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Turn off pop-up blocker
Last but not the least if you don't want to bother with holding buttons down or turning off you browser pop-up blocker, I suggest you add your email website address to the allow list in the pop-up blocker settings, hope this helped answer your question good luck.

there usually is a way to bypass the pop-up blocker. In my case all I have to do is click on a link while holding the control key. Check in your properties or tools it should tell you of some way to bypass the blocker

A lot of times, you can just go up to your popup blocker, where it tells you how many were blocked and it will give you the option to view those..

you can go to your pop-up blocker log to find out the links that are blocked.then disable the blocker and go too that links.I hope that will work

You can click on the icon pop ups okay for this site on your yahoo, msn or whatever tool bar you have on your computer. good luck.
