As a Qualified Beauty Therapist I believe in combining natural product usage & conventional. Try buying & using a couple of cold Chamomile tea bags onto your eyes & relaxing while they go to work.Apply a rose spritzer to your face,& make sure you apply an eye cream especially for eyes in the night before bed.Always place eye cream just along thebone beneath your eye area avoiding the inner eye area completely. Plenty of rest & fluids alsohelp. To cover up tired looking eyes use a good concealor making sure you blend well, by only payying it on.Hope this quick answer helps.

If they are swollen, a good thing to do is leave 2 teaspoons in the freezer (trust me on this one). When you wake up with puffy eyes just get them out and hold the rounded side against your eyes until you feel the puffiness leave.

Another great thing is anti stress gel or eye cream. That will help your eyes look more lively throughout the day.

Now for the make-up: Using a highlighting (light) eyeshadow, brush on from your lid to your your eyebrow. Then turn the brush on its edge and line your eye with the same highlighting color on the inner third of the lower eye. This will help the eye to look more open and alert. Then using a mid-tone eyeshadow, brush over your lid up to, but not past the brow bone. If you desire a more dramatic look, take a definer (darker color) and brush and blend into the crease of your eyes and/or use the lining brush to line your eyelids and achieve a softer look than you normally get with eye-liner ( it is also easier to "fix" than liquid liner mistakes are).

Get some sleep and if you don't have time, put tea bags under your eyes. And also, for a touch, add some eyeliner to make them look more lively.

first used some eye drops to take the redness out ...then if you have puffiness use some hemorrhoid cream under them(takes the swelling out)..and then some good concealer should work good

Mascara and white eyeliner on the rims of your eyelids. If you apply it correctly, it looks fresh and lively, yet natural :)
