The PUK code actually has nothing to do with the phone - it's a security system to protect your SIM card - when you enter your pin code incorrectly 3 times, the user is forced to contact the network to pass security checks. - DO NOT TRY THE DEFAULT CODES - 0000 or 1234 - they won't work. You must contact your network operator. If your enter the incorrect PUK 10 times, the sim becomes permanantly blocked and you'll have to pay for a replacement.

You need to call your Network provider for the PUK code. They'll be able to help you out with that. Good luck.

your network provider can give you your PUK code, it is a unique unlock code for your phone. I would recommend you take a note of it so next time it happens you will have the code to hand.

You need to phone your network to get your puk number, or if you have online billing it will be on there where it says phone information, hope this helps a little.
Good luck!

in your new beautiful booklets you can find standard fabric code it can be 1234 or 0000 so read carefully
Or you probably need first to activate your phone via internet and you'll get your puc via email.
