Well, what i heard on the radio today on Hallam FM was that the club was looking for creditors to delete their debts so they can start afresh. The club isn't going into administration at all.. there's a subtle difference where administration is where they cut costs to pay creditors and such..

I suppose subtleness aside, the outcome will mean one of two things..

1) creditors agree to wipe out the costs and in turn Rotherham will be deducted 10 points.

2) The creditors refuse to wipe out costs (which is more likely) and the club goes under.

Rotherham have no assets so they can't go into administration thus makes the situation more severe - they could possibly hold on with that option but alas it's a hope they can agree to wipe debts with creditors or else go under.

Administration is BAD, rotherham find themselves in a much worse situation

WHAT? No It's now not mandatory. It's a alternative. I suppose it is a great contact, however particularly it isn't important. The guys that died within the Second World War from Scotland, Wales and England died for freedom of alternative. So I uncover it ironic that humans get slated for now not dressed in a poppy! I have not worn a poppy this yr. It's now not a political declaration. I simply have not been troubled to get one. When there was once a mins' silence at the radio earlier than Swansea's recreation in opposition to Watford, I stayed silent, and concept approximately the sensless waste of existence that such a lot of wars over the final century have created.

The Football League now rules that if a team within the leagues goes into receivership/administration that team should be punished by a docking of 10 points .
Thus , say , if you spend unwisely and don't balance your books you can be punished .
This rule was introduced after Leicester City were promoted whilst in administration about 5 years ago .

Because the rules of the Football League state that if a team is placed into receivership then a ten point deduction will be incurred. This is to discourage clubs gfrom bankrupting themselves.
