Have u ever felt that when ur alone at home u feel ur not alone, well it has happened to me, im upstairs and when im about to go downstairs i can feel someone staring at me

I have a feeling im with the Holy Ghost.
Dont be scared. There is only 1 type of ghost .Holy Ghost it is.
I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. So there is no feeling I am with a ghost because im with my pets.

I have never actually seen one but in house I used to live in a three family house and the apartment above me was vacant. One night my mother and I was home alone because my father was sick in the hospital and we started hearing really loud rolling noises upstairs like someone was bowling as silly as that sounds, and naturally we was frightened because we knew no one was up there and it went on for about 15 minutes because we was to scared to investigate. So finally my mother and I went to the foot of the staircase and she asked "Is anyone up there?". As soon as she said that the noises stopped. So we went back into our apartment and then the noise started again. At that time we was really freaked out. So my mother called my uncle that was living downstairs and he went up and when he came back he said he didn't see anything up there. He told us it might of been squirrels because there is a hole in the roof. And my mother and I looked at each other because we were both thinking "Squirrels?? yeah right". But after that we didnt hear the noise again from that night or ever.

yeah i had that feeling at lot of time i was at my computer lastnight and i could swear someone was behind me i kept looking back all the time...and yeah i saw a ghost but only once and no matter how hard i try i could'nt see the guys face it was outside in my yard at maybe 5am i got up early anyway i had a flashlight i saw the figure leanding on a tree and i was looking at it all the time i was trying to see the face but it never happen he wore a pants so i think it was a guy i went back inside walking backwards of course i had fever like 3days after

I have never seen a ghost but I have felt someone or something watching me. I have no idea what it is so I just pray for protection and go on with my life.

i have many times when I have cleansed and blessed homes I also grew up in a haunted house. what you are feeling may be ghost, a past loved one or even your spirit guides

its just in your mind love especially when you are scared you do have those feelings just as much when your thirsty and its so hot you have halucinations its common thats no ghost
