whatever you 2 accumulated in 17 years should be divided, the prenuptial should only be what you had before the marriage ,like you can't take the others money.you should be able to ask a attorney for free, some will give free advice on the phone.

No and if you signed it your stuck. I would never sign a prenup because that means that he knows that it's not going to last so why get married in the first place.

Prenups are very difficult to contest. That's why he made you sign one in the first place.
