Your married , you love your wife, you are happy together why jeopardize something that in a way is cheating/illegal. Put the shoe on the other foot & see how it might feel.To some degree porn can actually become a habit, & one that could destroy what you have, try watching something together, involve her in your life, you might be surprised at what might happen later.A women loves to be treated like all women, & by watching porn & she finds out will hurt her & make her feel unworthy.Nothing wrong with porn, but if one is married & commited to a person that person desevers the respect that you would like in return. Try being open, by possibly suggesting watching something together, & if the reaction is not a good one, put it aside.Nothing is worth hurting the one you love, or destrying someone elses self confidence in themselves. Im sure just by asking this question , you are a caring person, let her know that, & follow your instincts with this one.

Not by common state law no. Otherwise they would ban it full stop. Its the morality of watching porn that needs to be questioned. The way I see it is that if you got a partner you should enjoy sex with her (or him, it is common in these time!) and you should both aim to satisfy each others sexual pleasures. That may well be watching porn together. but shes got to be OK with it as well. That may mean both of you watching it or just you when your on your own. Shes got to be OK either way. So at times you might be by yourself and have the need to relieve yourself then its OK to watch as well. It becomes morally wrong when you become obsessed with it. if watching porn becomes a huge part of YOUR life and your partners excluded from this I would think this as being obsessive. And I mean in a big way that her/his sexual needs are not met and she/he feels threatened as being second in place to porn. I'm not making this stuff up. I've read about it in the Dear_ _ _ pages in the tabloids and there was a hour or so documentary about it too! It can ruin peoples lives. This is where it becomes morally and socially illegal. So be aware of your intentions with porn and make sure your partners OK with it too. Don't keep this a secret from her as this can also lead to obsession i.e. we all want to do things that were not supposed to illegal or something kept secret from someone and this can lead to obsessions.

Depends on what country you are watching it in.
In the U.S., as long as it is not obscene, it is legal. AND as long as the "actors" are adults, i.e., age 18 or over.
Most porn is not considered obscene by legal standards.
Here's a web site that provides the legal definition of obscenity:
http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/o002.htm
Obscenity is difficult to define, and there have been many people arrested on obscenity charges. Defending one's slef is costly. Some win, some lose.
Generally, if you're talking about porn on pay-per-view, reading Playboy, Penthouse, etc, or renting an adult movie, you're probably okay.
If you have a specific situation, you should contact an attorney.

No. However it is stupid. Go make up with your wife and start the romance all over again. You should know that porn is like junk food for the mind. Sex was indended to be something wonderful and very special. God says that when you make love two people become one in spirit. Do you want to keep that special experience or ruin it by smutty pictures that will poison you.

i dont think its legal. This is becausewatching all those stuff makes u more sexually active and u can run mad if ur wife is not around. u can also act stupid by sleeping with anyone closer at the time u watch the porno. This will b a very bad mistake which can lead to ur wife divorcing u cos of it.

LOL, is it illegal, nope, as long as it is something that is for legal sale where you are. My wife and I both enjoy pornography, it adds spice to our lives. To those who say it is immoral, that's their opinion, to those that say it is addictive, anything in an over abundance can become addictive. To those who say it will destroy a marriage, well if they think it perverse and their spouse likes it, then yeah it will lead to problems with he marriage, but that stems from more of a compatibility issue than the porn itself. If you and your spouse like it, watch it together and enjoy it. Each to their own.
Just my 2 cents worth

not illegal but it is immoral to some. Wives are known to react one of 2 ways Either she will forgive you and maybe want to join you, or she will be very angry and hurt because you "fooled around" in your mind therefore you may as well have. Good luck with the conclusion.

If my husband wishes to watch pornography that is up to him. I would watch it with him if he did watch it though. I don't see a problem with a husband watching it but I don't think my husband needs to, he is my man and I give him what he wants.
