Actually, all land in the World is owned by the governments. Some allow for the ownership of private property which allows people to buy land for themselves. This has nothing to do with property taxes which is used at the State and Local level to gain money to help with the cost of items such as schools, police, and other services that the State and Local governments provide.

I think you need to look up the word Communism.
Communism is an ideology that seeks to establish a future classless, stateless social organization, based upon common ownership of the means of production and the absence of private property.
By having property taxes, you own the land therefore communism cannot exist. The taxes you pay for go towards the roads you use to access your home, school, and stores and any other place you choose to go. They also pay for the schools, police and fire protection and overall defense. You are getting something in return for your money, its not just a tax for tax sake. Failure to pay taxes results in forfeiture of the services that are afforded.

Property taxes are the first plank of the Communist Manifesto and free public schools are the tenth plank. Communism was created by the Jews Karl Marx and Frederick Engles, it is Jewish government defined.

Okay, then, let's suppose we eliminate Property taxes so people like YOU don't get all paranoid about Communism. Then who is going to pay for municipal services? Who is going to keep your locality's roads clear in the winter? It makes sense that these shold be based on property ownership-- the mroe you own, the more you pay. It would be unfair to have municipal services paid for by income tax, making non-property owners as liable as those with property. I own 16 acres and I'm not complaining about taxes. I feel it is my duty to my neighbors.

No, the USA isn't communist. Taxation is necessary to maintain government and services, whether we like it or not, and whether we feel it is fair or not. For instance, I don't like the idea of a 50.0001% voting majority being able to stick their hands in my pocket to support public schools, while they battle against any form of voucher assistance for people, including the poor, who want to attend a private school because the public schools and public school teachers in their area are LOUSY.
Property taxes on real and personal property ARE biased against the wealthy and the ordinary middle class, but the poor can't pay them anyway. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.

Hmmm... no, other things make up a communist state. However, I do believe that property taxes are like paying "rent" to a government. there are other ways of raising revenue.
