Many decades ago in the province of Alberta I lived in an interesting building. It was interesting in that often you'd come home and someone had kicked your door in and they'd be sitting there waiting for you to get home. I wasn't familiar with these ways of pre supposed hospitality but given that I was from a different part of the country I adapted most of the time. There was one exception however that I took. One night/early morning I came home and found four men and a distraught woman in my apartment. In fact for reasons none of the lads cared to explain to me they were all in the bathroom. I know that it's wrong to jump to conclusions but on this occasion that's what I did. They were planning something that I couldn't tolerate. So I went off. The woman, seeing her chance flew out of there; and that alone pretty much confirmed my thoughts about what my unwanted quests were up to. I was very angry, perhaps past that; maybe murderous would better describe my rage. It was rage too, red mist formed before me and time shifted into this icy slow motion. We sorted it out, at least to my satisfaction at the time. One of the chaps was a neighbor, these were his friends from up country; down to the city for a booze up. He moved out the next day and I never did see his friends again. I always felt like I should of called the cops, fifteen more minutes and God only knows. Still gets my blood going a bit to this day, bastards. That was the most I've ever been given over to anger. I moved back to Ontario not long after that. Just so you know everything else about Alberta was great, I just felt homesick; well I didn't ever get used to people kicking the door in either I must say.

A few years ago, I have been very angry with an individual, but will not elaborate on the circumstance, but it was a traumatic and horrible experience that could have been avoided. Innocent people got seriously hurt and injured I was in an emotional roller coaster ride for awhile, but made the best out of a bad situation, and gave support where needed at the hospital etc...buried my anger because strength and courage was needed. However, this individual who hurt me emotionally and beyond and others involved I have not talked to, will not talk to, loss all respect for and if anyone asks me about that person they are not up for discussion whatsoever! That kind of ignorance and cruelty is unforgivable and care none to those who want to make it a political issue concerning religious beliefs. I have a right to my opinion, and emotions, that is how I am made plain and simple. In concern to those who have a hard time with my opinion...deal! Thanks for asking.

When I was young, I did trash my whole room, I did this for a couple of times, separate occasions of course, as in my whole room was a wreck, everything was thrown out, everything was broken, everything was angry and sad. I can't remember what triggers me to do that, but I'm more calm now ^_^ when ever I'm angry or upset, I'll just stay quiet or walk away. I have to deal with my anger first and let it go down, and deal with the person later, when I'm all clear.

I have been so angry that I wished someone was dead. I know that wasn't cool and I have surely grown up over the years but people can be so evil that you no longer want them to walk the face of the earth. I have never hurt anyone other than with words.

I guess you could say that I have anger problems. I recently got very upset and mad because of my friend being uncooperative and I put a hole in the wall :(

I'm so angry now I could scream . The worst part is I don't even know why I'm angry ! Maybe I had a bad dream or something . I'm going to take a walk and hope that helps .

When my ex brother-in-law punched my wife twice and stabbed me on Thanksgiving day. My wife and sister had to pull me off of him before I did some serious damage to him.
Ahhh, family get togethers. So much fun and bonding.

I don't know because when I get really angry I black out. But majority of the time I end up fighting or breaking something.
