presently, i'm just a frontline sales person. will my peers and superiors feel treaten if i tell them my past working experience?

I suggest not to tell them unless they ask about your past working experience and position. Otherwise, your peers and superiors may think that you are showing off or threatening them that you can do better than them.

Why tell them of your past working experience without needed? I don't think you will get more respect or get promoted by telling them. For them or for you, your current position is more important. You can always prove them of your working capability by doing things effectively and efficiently.

WHAT OF IT ! ! ! ! ! ! if they feel threatened because that you are more experienced than they are "BFHD" those who do not feel threatened may look to you for aid , assistance , possible hero worship

its the work attitute tat ppl respect not bcoz of the job title.
