Israel is too Western for their taste, and America supports it. Leftists also are filled with self-hate and believe that the West is evil for Imperialism (to say nothing about the Chinese and Arab empires) and therefore lack support for Israel since it is in Arab lands. In addition, they hold the West to higher standards (Qana gets more news coverage than the entire Sudan genocide) while simultaneously denouncing us for not reaching those standards.
