Well it depends on the fight. Shaq is 7'1" and around 325lbs while Kobe is 6'6" 220lbs. Shaq has a 105 lbs advantage on Kobe in terms of weight. But if you ever watched either fight then you would know that neither can fight. Shaq was made to look like a fool when Barkley beaned him in the head with a basketball and he made himself look more like a clown when he swung and missed Brad Miller. Granted if he had ever connected and hit Miller then he would have probably knocked him out. Kobe has been in numerous fights, and all of them with other players throwing the first punch. Kobe hasn't really done anything to prove himself in terms of fighting. But for what it's worth, given the sheer size advantage, unless Kobe is a prize fighter (which we know he's not), he's overmatched in a fight against Shaq. Shaw would win hands down. But in terms of basketball skills, that's a different story. While Shaq is the most dominant player in the world, Kobe is currently the most talented basketball player.

Shaq. Shaq is a lot bigger and fatter (that's where his strength comes from). He would win easier at the end of a season than at the start because he always shows up to training camp out of shape and thinks that he can just get into shape during the course of the season

Peeps seem to forget that "Its not the size of the Dog in the fight but the SIZE OF THE FIGHT IN THE DOG".
From the little scuffles that shaq had in the NBA, I would conclude that Shaq has no coordination in fighting situations whatsoever(a.k.a he does not know how to fight).
Ben Wallace vs Shaq, I would pick Ben Wallace to win, seems more coordinated if it came down to blows and wrestling.
Ron Ron vs Shaq, I would pick Ron Ron as well.
