To change your address? Go to www.usps.com If you mean to use it for your own purposes you can't, its not online. The databases are kept at each district level Computer Forwarding System (CFS).

You can't.

Unless you are a postal employee, you cannot access that database.

Under the Privacy Act, the USPS must protect all that information

Go to search and request change of address card click on it and fill it out.
