Some ppl I know "fall in s**t, and come out smelling like a rose", but my, how you have taken this to a whole new level!! Firstly, take a shower,not a bath-for sure! Then go to bed for a little bit, then start over.In your mind, think only positively and calmly. Keep space 'tween you and these awful things as long as possible!

you sure you have not been peeking through my window?
sounds alot like most everyday,
But seriously, one thiong that works for me is when i have a very bad day and the world around me seems to be falling in on me,
"and my wife does not agree with me on this"
but i go back to bed, or at least lay down pull the covers over my head and push the " WHOLE WORLD " out of my mind and if possible go back to sleep if but only for a few minutes.
You might be surprised just how well this works,,
My wife has learned to leave me alone when i do this.

the day formerly immediately became an extremely undesirable day for me at artwork. I artwork at a bar that has a touch tremendous video lottery centre in it. Ten machines that frequently usher in about 10 -15 thousand in sales. For some reason, the day formerly immediately, all of them paid out all precise. i finished up operating out of money. something that hasn't ever befell and issues were given ugly fairly quickly. through the time my shift became over, i became 5 grand contained in the hollow. I made no earnings assistance, the institution lost money for the first time ever ( on my shift obviously) and that i became cranky after an afternoon of being dealt with like a monetary employer teller. I went living house, poured myself an excellent glass of scotch, even even with the undeniable fact that i understand I shouldn't had, ordered a large pizza and watched previous video clips till I fell asleep on the settee to be woken up some hours later through my new female friend calling to ask about my day. All in all, the crappy day fairly a lot became forgotten fairly quickly. wish your plan works properly to. Hugs (((LISA)))

I'm sorry to hear that, anyway... what about take a hot bath (it'll relax your muscle) and have a soothing music for a background, or, read your fave book again. Do the former, its more relaxing.

jimmy e-take his advice-cuz that is exactly what I do-whenever I am livid-just pissed; having a bad day-this really works-helps you lax and drain out all the frustration-or block it for awhile so you can have time to recollect yourself. Also, find religion-aka GOD.
