I just bought it last night. Of course I missed the "batteries not included" part. So back to the store I go. I figured C size was about right. Noooo. It needs D size. So back to the store. Since it was late, and I had company, I waited until this morning to try it out. All it does is vibrate. What am I doing wrong?

Batteries?!?! There in lies your problem. Get one that requires you to unplug the washing machine and plug into the 220. Pissed the neighbors off when they want to do laundry, but it does get the job done. And the neighbors are not that bright but surely they can figure out how to turn their underwear inside out and get 3 more days wear out of them. (A trick the Army guys tried to teach me. I'm not falling for that again.)
