Impossible to say right now. Based on DNA, it's probably not the parents. This Carr guy is strange so I am going to wait for the facts.

I can't know who did, but I do know who didn't.
Karr didn't do it, he just wants to go down in infamy as the one who did it. What has he got to lose? He's going to fry anyway, for that other count against him. But that won't make him famous.
The parents didn't do it, they were too busy trying to make her famous while she lived. Those pageants and clothes are expensive. They stood to lose too much with her death.
I do believe Karr knows who did it though.
He just doesn't want that person to be more famous than he will be.

i always thought it was the mom but now i dont know. the guy they arrested was in a really bad prison so maybe he just wanted a way out. or maybe he did kill her but the mom had something to with it too.

i dont know-that guy they caught is starting to have the evidence piled up against him-this am on the news they found a signature that he typically uses like his initials and i guess its the same one on the ransom note-to many coincidences

i think her dad payed someone cause he molested her and damaged her beyond help
