Given how much people love popping the stuff, why haven't more creative things been done with bubble wrap?

e.g.

A calendar where every day is a 'bubble' which you pop (rather than the inaccurate 'crossing-off' method);

'Squash-'em wrap' - each bubble bears a miniature portrait of people who've made a major contribution to the world in general - G. W. Bush, Osama bin Laden, Michael Bolton, etc.

Would be a best seller, and I'd buy up the whole stock of Michael Bolton.
