I can get internet through the phone, I am wondering now whether I can phone people through my phone via the PC.

Using a Nokia 3230, connected by bluetooth. Have speakers and microphone.

Yeah you can just dial the number through your keyboard and thats it.
Just as you can dial number through your 'Phone dialer' you just use the keypad to dial the number.
Nokia PC suite has this feature in it.
