Is Fort Wayne IN a good place to live? Is traffic bad and how are housing prices?

housing prices are about average for the area, it is a good place to live, lots to do there, not too far from detroit or toledo or indy, and traffic is really only bad in the morning/afternoon rush hour times. (lived there for 8 years)

Ft Wayne is cool.....if you dont mind the std rate. Heard that it was pretty high. Just a rumor though.
