OK! I did not have enough room to post my intire question, I'll try again. HELP! How do I get rid of an annoying popup that reads; #msntb_toolbar_full_name# is unable to load its config file (Scooter)

You will need to uninstall the program that is creating this popup or remove the startup in your registry. This may take someone with experience.

so as: 5. Spelling words like they sounds ("lawl", "skewl", etc.) 3. The "Double" result (hii! &&bye) 6. The overuse of chat talk (lol ur stpd) 4. using "Z's" (laterzz) 7. different - TYPING IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS one million. using numbers as letters (h3110!!!) 2. Capatilizing another letter (howdy??)
