I broke down in tears after hearing this, it took me a while just to sort myself out. I lost your question and its taken me ages to find it again. I even asked if any one had answered and knew what category it was in. I wish the government would publish these phone calls. It may stop all the offensive answers and questions that some people seem to find funny about the world trade center. The anguish in that young mans voice will haunt me for ever.
