from shore in the usa, humpack, orca, beluga...anything i can get close to. I heard you can actually kihyak with them... any have any info. for me?

There are whale watching trips up and down the New England coastline (Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, etc)

I did that in the San Juan Islands, WA state. They have an island actually called Orcas island, it is so beautifull. You should definatly go there. It is expensive (I did this about 7 or 8 years ago). I will never forget it.

The West Coast has some good whale watching. I love it there.

can't tell you in usa, but in Canada, province of Quebec at a town called Tadoussac, you can see lots of them and you can also kayak near them.
