sounds like you need to dig deep for this one, usually showing someone how you feel shouldn't take a real big effort as long as it comes from the heart.
You can get flowers girls wither they say it or not always love recieving flowers wither you bring them home or have them delivered to her work or home.
Take her out for a romantic night, do something she enjoys the two of you . Show her that you are interested in what her likes and dislikes are.

if u known her a long time and are sure that how u feel, then tell her, get her alone list all the fun u had together and tell her how special she is, ask her how she feels, maybe don't tell her the extent of ur feelings in case u freak her out and also to save u the hurt IF she says no, but definately tell her u have strong feelings for her, u never know maybe she feels the same. u won't know unless u try and u'll also end this torture, the worst she can do is say no at least u will know

Just tell her! Just call her up, ask how she's doing--then tell ehr you need to talk to her. "Say I want to talk to you about something"--She will IMMEDIATELY LISTEN..Then, tell her about what you first thought about her when you met her, and how different things she has done has made you love her. Tell her how you fell and make it plain--be direct. If she' s a real woman like me--she will be veeeeeeerrrry happy.

if you've only known her under 3 months don't say a word. that's a bit too quick.
if it's been over 3 months then take her out to dinner, hold her hand with a big smile on your face and say, "i'm falling in love with you".
don't expect an answer back...you are sharing your feelings and have had time to think it all out...she has not. if she needs time to grasp the concept you've got to give it to her without feeling hurt.

send her on a scavenger hunt....leave little notes and gifts directing her to her next destination, the final one ending with you, and a ring if you are going to pop the question....or you just having dinner together somewhere so you can tell her your feelings!
