The EU, other English speaking countries, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, several of the Islamic Republics of the former USSR, about half of the countries in Africa (from Morocco to Egypt to Union of South Africa), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, tiny Timor, Papua, many small South Pacific island countries.
But just what sort of war are you thinking of? A war with Russia or China is not going to happen. The only war that is a possibility is the war with fundamentalism, which includes the war against Christian fundamentalist as much as against Muslim fundamentalists.

USA has many allies as long as it is powerful. Many countries would like to see the USA fall and themselves rise, however, it will be a long time untill that happens. If there was a war on the scale of WW I or WW II then probably europe, africa, south america and a few asian countries. however, if the war is between the USA and Europe, i believe the USA would be left all alone.

It depends on who the World War was with. If it was a war predicated on the Middle East issue, I doubt many would be behind us because it's a problem we've largely created ourselves.
If it were a world war with, say, China and Russia based on a show of aggression (or a North Korean attack or attempted attack), we'd probably have most of the western nations behind us (England, Australia, Canada) and almost surely Japan. If it were a world war started by us doing something stupid toward N. Korea (like staging another Iraq lie and launching pre-emptive strikes), again I doubt many would stand behind us (except maybe England and if Tony Blair leaves and the conservative party loses power, maybe not even them).

Historically, in regard to World Wars, as in One and Two, the USA normally turns up late. So, you question more accurately should be "Who would the USA join with".
Many people believe that is why they are so keen to start the next one, just to make up for it.
For one of the other answerers, Tony Blair currently leads the Labour (socialist although you wouldn't know it) party, not the conservatives.

I don't think any country would join the USA just for USA's sake.
United Kingdom joined USA in Iraq but the war is not popular in the U.K. so they would not do it again.

Trace back in world war two.
You will know who was the Original Freedom Fighters out there on planet earth.
Do you understand why others do not fit in Iraq?
Do you understand what went wrong out there in Iraq?
So don't go on kicking the butts of our brothers and sisters in Iraq?
