If you activate CD finalising while you burn, then Nero will squeeze the 800 MB onto the CD.But dont be suprised to find data errors later.Where did u get a CD-R for 800MB?

3 major causes:
1) Some cd burners are not compatible with that format.
2) It happened to me before, buying 800Mb cd-r that were not recognized as 800 mb.
3) Change the nero preferences (file/preferences) in expert features change cd size

Compress the data to a zipped folder and write it. You technically cant burn 800mb data into a cd. Cd's are generally 700mb. Try using a DVD instead!

Most CD-R's Im familiar with only support 750MB.
The drive must be capable of "overburning" if you want
to burn more than that on a specialized CD-R.
If you don't have that type of drive, you can't burn 800MB of uncompressed data onto a cd-r.

You can always compress the data using winzip or winrar,
and save the compressed data.

you have to leave some room for the decryption codes, formatting, fonts, etc. the most you can get on an 800 mb cd-r is about 128kb

of course you can't, you need directories. now if you are burning music i suggest stepping up to mp3. 13 albums on one cd-r is pretty cool.
