You should definitely wear blue make-up, like your dress. And your eyes will look more blue then green.

I have always heard that you should match foundation to wrist. As for eyes, earth colors such as sand or tones that match your skin color always flatter. Apply a shade or two darker on the eyelid as opposed to lighter above, and blend. Also you might apply the green mascara to bring out your eyes and make them "pop". Maybelline makes a beautiful royal blue that my girlfriend wears well with her blue eyes. Have a good time looking great!

Browns. You want to bring out your eyes mainly, and blues will make them just blend with your dress. And this is only my opinion... but shimmery pink lip gloss on brunettes is drop-dead gorgeous. May not go with the dress... but still.

Blue shadow and eyeliner should look nice on you. As far as how the makeup should be applied, it is hard to say because I do not know the shape of your eyes and features.

the best make up to your eyes is only a light color, like a beige or light brown...you dont have to put more eyeshadow to your eyes.just put some pink blush to your cheeks and a light lipstick.if your wearing colorful dress you dont have to put more make up to your face.....just a simple one...

Coming from a guy, I like what most girls call "sl*t red" lipstick....everything looks better with a coat of red paint.
