The loud screaming and laughter of people at parties causes the air to vibrate and release any rain from passing clouds. If noboy says anything at a party it won't rain.

It's just another case of when you need the rain, it never shows up; but when you don't need the rain, that's when it all come pouring down.
Just call it ill-timed rain. It has ruined the fireworks display on the 4th of July where I'm at.

Hey if all it takes is a party, Texans start the party now. OUTDOOR FIESTAS across the state, except ElPaso, they already have plenty of rain this past two weeks.

its natures way of telling you to take it inside because all weather depends on the amount of parties... if there is too many, it starts to rain because parties create global warming
