Actually, when I was about 8 years old (early 70's) a suicide was when you mixed ALL the drinks in the soda dispenser at BK or McDonald's. Sometimes there were 5 or 6 different drinks.
As far as why they called it that I don't know.

I dont know, It just tastes like...coke and barely any lemon lime....nothing special...:P
