i've heard the dolphins have the feeling humans do.. so i would guess them.. but then again .. they do refer to a great position as doggie style.. so maybe the dogs do.. who knows?

Pygmy Chimps are supposed to be the best at sex. The are said to be more docile than the other chimp cousins. This is one animal who probably has the greatest frequency of sex. They a true Mendelian population where any individual mates with any other regardless. Because they make so much love there is really very little conflicts.
The are not as good as humans though who not only have the largest variety of lovemaking exercise and the most complex courtship procedure but also the highest frequency of love making. Only thing is that human beings are more civil.

That is a question that really cannot be answered. It implies that other animals have the same feelings as humans do, putting them up for some wierd comparison. Has nothing to do with size, duration, or any other unit of measurement you can think of as it is what is going on in the brain that would answer your question and no one has any way of measuring that at the present time.
Now what animal has the best ability to ask good questions?

I am not sure which animal has the best sex because I have not had sex with them. I will have to make a list and get started testing an I'll get back with you in a few years.

Best sex does not mean long lasting coitus. Best means how things go about it and in this case no animal can match human beings with the techniques and poses.

Well, if by "best" you mean "gets most pleasure out of it," I'd say it's a tie between humans and bottlenose dolphins. At least dolphins seem to do it often enough to indicate that they find it really enjoyable.
