Check with the site where you get your charts. They usually have forums where you can start to recruit from.
Also, many of the books you read on these topics have references as well.
Myself, I also hooked up with a few via yahoo groups.

do a search on yahoo groups, i belong to one called the speakeasy investment group and thats basically all we do, its a user supported email group that bounces ideas off all parties.
