When you are casually talking to somone and the TV is on, then when you end ur sentance, you hear somone on TV say the exact same thing as what you said? Like a word or two?

Yes, that has happened to me a few times, it is pretty funny.

All the time. In fact, sometimes I'll just start saying lines from commercials just to see if the person I'm talking to catches it...lets me know if they are focused on the conversation or if they are really just nodding but listening to the tv.
Sometimes I'll also say the first line of a song as soon as the music starts playing. People will often say "Huh?"

No, but I have had the occasion when someone on the tv is making a phone call and my phone starts ringing

Sometimes i will be thinking about something and it happens on TV.
