It milked Hinduism dry to come to power... it tarnished the religion of universal value which was inspiration for the people of the subcontinent... (not just Hindus), and made it exclusive to certain upper caste sections all this for power and cashing on a certain genuine frustration among people due to unemployment and economic disruption due to liberalisation.
It pursued the same upper class politics as that of Congress except that additionally they were communal.
When things got really bad they were thrown out of power... now if you look at congress, it does not seem to act very different from the way BJP did. It acts like a slave of the US exactly like BJP and if it were not for some pressure from the left and so many farmers dying... they would just send us all to hell.
We need a pro people political force in India and a strong civil society that safeguards our rights from the communal and economic usurpers. This is something that you and me can help build by linking up with conscientious citizens.
Let us not surrender our freedoms cheaply because people have really had to struggle to get them for us.
I think one good tool we have got is RTI Right to Information act... never let them dilute this one because this is a really good handle!
Best of luck!

Basically BJP is good for nothing. They got a chance to come into Power after so many years and still they could not capitalize it.
They only want to highlight Ayodha issue and Mandir issues which are not the need of the moment. They have very limited vision adn that can never br successfull to run a huge country like India. They had only one good thing....Atal Bihari Vajpayee....but he also got tired of satisfying everybody....
But on second thoughts...Why only BJP? All Political Parties in India are good for nothing...They never think about the general public (except a handfull).......I think we need more people like Chandra Babu Naidu, but even he was ousted from power after developing Hyderabad so much.

There is a statement in English. "English" is hated by one who cannot learn it". Similar is the case here. BJP is dwindling due to political pressures but it has the backbone to stand on its own. They should shred their consideration to their member leders on grounds oif community and sect basis. They are advocating the theory of Hinduism. Although Hinduism has stood the onslaught of various other religions for the last three thousand years, the current generation needs an agency to look up to. Let them concentrate on propagating learning ogf Sanskrit and through their programmes give a vivid account of our orient scriptures, puranas, ithihas, mythological books etc. They will automatically become the undisputed leaders of the world one day.
You are right when you say that there are internal differences in the party. The leaders at the helm of affairs should shred their VIP position and start from ground level to speak loudly of their party and its aims and objectivesand draw up a programme for the common man to understand and implement it so that when the next election comes up they willo be in good position. A time has come to hand over reigns of administration to younger generations andd guide them properly from pulpits chair. No huma being is Sun or Moon to think himself to perpetual in any chair. Prepare loyally a second line operation team, lead them properly to accep the principles of the party and apply themselves to implement in letter and spirit. success will automoatically fall in line.

They are "Vyaghras" with "GoMukh". They are the worst, worst even than the Communists. At least, the Communists are cadre based and have some discipline.
They say they fight corruption, but suspend their MLC, who exposes the corruption in their govt., in Karnataka. And they have minted money in the recent transfers in this state or they supported their CM to do this.
They say they are a party with a 'difference'. What difference?
One leader wants to split the party to have power. It is a party, with in fighting, even before they get power. All this in Karnataka.
See the discipline their cadres have! Uma Bharathi openly criticises her party leader. So is M L Khurana. All this for power.

Linked by whom? Can I ask you what is your ideology for your present life or your future ? Have you tried to make sense what exactly is communal? I have enough time to explain you but I do not have money to give who runs the net and who gives me this connection.
First, learn to dissect your existence, your journey from where started and to where you want to lead? You and me are drop in the ocean of humans, but it is in your hand to decide for your family, your family is part of a local group, local groups decide the fate of a town, townships are in states, states are part of this nation.
A person in any political set up has travelled the same route. But few are not part of this route, they are brought forward in front of us by few from behind the curtain, has some ambitions or some scores to settle in this society.
Please, first build your own ID then ideology and then you will be in a position to think of this country.
