I have some money saved from 9 years , verry hard but I did it now I`m tryng to buy a prefort or fortcloussure that way I can save some and repair if I have to,I`m not a rich people I just trying to avoid bank loans because my credit is not really good . please help me thanks!!

best way would be to learn how to spell what it is that you are looking for....FORECLOSURE, and you might start by looking in your local newspaper, providing you want to remain in that area.
